For the first time in my experience, some 40 years, the CLA Game Fair precedes the Royal Welsh Show and fortunately fits in well with our programme of mid-July events.
Last years Game Fair at Blenheim was the best Game Fair for many years and we experienced record sales. The number of visitors was well up on the previous Blenheim some 4 years ago and the visitors enjoyed a really sunny weekend.
Sponsored by the Daily Telegraph the visitor profile has greatly improved and the purchasing power reflects the modern Game Fair visitor.
This is the only event that attracts this particular crowd, the specialist areas - Fisherman's Row, Gunmaker's Row and the strong bias to country pursuits attracts a unique audience with good spending power.
Our pavilion is sited on the best avenue in line with the main entrance which enables us to have the opportunity to see the visitors over a full trading day.
We have a small Piazza area for our food exhibitors and we are allowed “light catering” as well as take-home food.
