To celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee the Suffolk Show has moved its dates from its mid-week position before the Royal Bath and West Show to a rather busy week including the three following shows, Royal Cornwall, South of England and Bramham International Horse Trials. So you will need to make decisions with fuel costs, accommodation, sales potential and staff availability in mind.
The Suffolk Show is good value and attracts a high quality visitor, we have a wonderfully flat site on this quick-drying showground, which despite the occasional wet day provides us with good conditions in which to sell to the Suffolk visitors.
This event is promoted as part of the Suffolk social calendar and is presented with style to attract the right type of visitor. Gentlemen in bowlers and ladies in dresses and smart hats on the first day keep this event at a high standard.
A good management team at Suffolk ensures a well-run event, which upholds excellent standards. This show is still seen as having a strong agricultural bias and so the visitor profile remains high with good spending power.
