July Up-date

Dear Exhibitor

This week has seen some semblance of normality with the Royal Welsh trading for all four days in dry weather, thank you to all exhibitors at this event for making the pavilion look so good, we hope the event worked well for you all.

We have received the partial refund for Suffolk this morning so we will work out the figures over the weekend. Chatsworth Horse Trials refunds went out this week and we have prepared the Yorkshire credit notes so we can start sending as soon as the money arrives.

We are waiting to hear from Gatcombe and the CLA.

Looking ahead we are fully booked at Southport, however if we receive extra late bookings we can expand the pavilion, we would need to now by next Wednesday so if you are thinking about this event we would be grateful if you could email us or call us in the next few days. This is a superb flower show with excellent Flower Pavilions alongside the North-West Food Festival and Book Festival, with a strong gardening orientated following.

Price per metre frontage is £212.20 plus vat.

Chatsworth Country Fair has 25 metres available and we are allowed specialist foods to take home at this event.

Burghley Horse Trials- we have a small amount of space available however, we are full for ladies wear and jewellery, please let us know if you wish to consider this event as space is being booked quite quickly at the moment.

We look forward to seeing you at future shows.

Kind regards

The RCA Team

PS Ken Couldridge requires staff for Southport, Burghley Horse Trials and his Christmas Shows.
