The RCA Craft Pavilion

Our prime site by one of the main entrances is well established at this prestigious Horse Trials. We have a large clearspan pavilion, floored and carpeted and the high BBC coverage and excellent reputation in the equestrian world ensures a superb visitor profile that appreciate our work and provide our pavilion with excellent sales and commissions. Due to the design of the entrance, with good weather, the opportunity for sales on Saturday extends so we may be open until 8:00pm.

The Specialist Food Pavilion

This superb feature adjacent to the craft pavilion is an excellent site with plenty of tables and chairs working extremely well for both catering and take-home sales.

There will be two options of stands:

  1. Corner stand, 3 metre depth, within a 6 x 6 metre plastic floored pavilion to include 0.5 metre overhang in the event of changeable weather. Can be dressed out at exhibitor’s risk
  2. Terraced stand, 3 metre depth, plastic floor, minimum 2 metre frontage

All freezer vans will be parked either behind the food walk or opposite the caravans.

We provide a TEN to cover alcohol sales at the show.

(01) We require a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate – Badminton require this before we can confirm your site.
(02) Badminton only allow compostable or re-usable cups, plates and cutlery. All cutlery must be made from FSC – assured wood.

PLEASE NOTE: Badminton do not allow exhibitors to have two stands on the showground.


Caravan parking is available behind the craft pavilion, this is limited to 41 spaces. The maximum length of the caravans/campers/sleeping accommodation is 6.5 metres including tow-bar. Electricity is available at £15.00 per night, please see Templec on arrival. If your vehicle is longer it can be parked nearby free of charge but no power is available. The booking for caravan spaces is a first come first served basis any bookings/requests after this area is full can park in the free of charge area nearby but without power.

As this is the first event of the season and we do not ask for full payment until eight weeks prior to the event we ask for a £450.00 payment on account, with your booking form. Payment will be returned if space is not allocated.
